About the Venue

Built in 1930 for ship-making, the expansive and rustic open-air building is nestled along South Portland's waterfront next to the Ross Island Bridge. Spanning 122,000 sq ft, it provides an ideal backdrop. Situated on one of the last undeveloped parcels in central Portland, the former industrial brownfield, once home to Zidell's barge building, now offers a vacant and spaciously laid-out environment to host over 200 unique bikes inside and our partners in the open-air mall.
