At The One Moto Show, your satisfaction is our top priority. We accept returns on all apparel and parts purchased online on our website the1moto.com/shop, ensuring a seamless experience for you.

Return Guidelines:

Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase.

Merchandise must be in its original condition, with packaging, tags, and labels intact. Clothing should not show any signs of wear, and parts must not have been installed.

Please include a receipt, buyer's name, or order number with the return.

Exceptions:

Products marked as "Closeout" or "SALE" are not eligible for return or exchange.

The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Packing Instructions:

For parts and helmets, please pack carefully. Damaged items due to improper packaging are not eligible for a full refund.

Defective or Damaged Items:

If your item is defective or damaged upon arrival, contact us at info@theonemoto.com within 48 hours of delivery. We'll provide return instructions for these items.

Exchanges:

For faster service, please re-order the item you want. You can do this before or after receiving your refund.

Refund Processing:

Refunds may take 2-7 days to process after we receive and approve the return, depending on your payment method and credit card company.

Error on Our Part:

If the return is due to our error, we will cover all shipping costs and provide a full refund upon receipt of the returned product.
